Located in Burj Views, Downtown Dubai, this apartment had stunning views of the Burj Al Arab but during the day was uncomfortable due to the extreme heat and sun glare which came through the glazing.  Laminas solar control film was used to minimise the heat entering the rooms while saving money on air conditioning costs.
